These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through www.canglanwang.com and apply to orders placed for products offered through the website.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

1. Business Information

Brand: Canglanwang
Email: service@canglanwang.com
Company: CITY MEUBLES
Address: Rue de Hollogne 114, 4101 Seraing

2. Products and Product Information

Canglanwang offers under-cabinet hanging baskets and related household storage products.

Product pages contain information relevant to each product, including applicable dimensions, characteristics, quantity and other available specifications. Customers should review the product information before placing an order and select products according to their requirements.

Product photographs are provided to illustrate the relevant product. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions or other circumstances that do not materially affect the product.

3. Orders

Orders are submitted through the website checkout process.

Before completing an order, customers should review the selected products, quantities, delivery information and other order details.

An order confirmation will normally be sent to the email address supplied during checkout.

An order may be subject to review where information is incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable or requires clarification. Where an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, the relevant payment will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

4. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days after the order has been successfully placed.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and applicable public holidays.

The order processing period is separate from the delivery period. The estimated delivery period begins after the order has been processed and dispatched.

5. Delivery

We offer delivery to customers in Europe and the United States through established delivery services, including DHL, FedEx and UPS Priority services, where available for the relevant destination.

The standard estimated delivery period is 4–8 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures where applicable, local delivery arrangements and other circumstances affecting transportation.

The applicable delivery information shown during checkout or otherwise provided for the relevant order forms part of the delivery arrangements for that order.

6. Delivery Tracking Notifications

Where tracking information is available, relevant tracking notifications may be sent automatically to the email address provided when the order was placed.

Tracking communications may include updates when:

  • The order has been dispatched;
  • The shipment reaches a relevant logistics facility;
  • The shipment enters the local delivery stage;
  • Other material tracking updates become available.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address when placing an order.

7. Delayed Deliveries

If an order exceeds the standard 4–8 working day delivery period, customers may contact us at:

service@canglanwang.com

We may contact the relevant carrier to investigate the shipment status and circumstances of the delay.

Following the outcome of the carrier investigation and the circumstances of the individual order, the available resolution may include a full refund or a replacement shipment, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

Where mandatory law provides a specific remedy or procedure for delayed delivery, that legal requirement will apply.

For consumers in the European Union, applicable consumer law provides specific delivery rights where an agreed delivery period is not met. The European Commission confirms that EU consumer rules regulate delivery obligations and remedies for delayed delivery.

8. Risk of Loss or Damage During Delivery

For consumer sales governed by applicable European Union consumer law, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods does not transfer to the consumer merely because the goods have been handed to a carrier selected or provided by the trader.

The risk transfers when the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Where a consumer independently commissions a carrier and that carrier was not offered by the trader, the applicable legal rules concerning the passing of risk may differ.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers the risk of loss or damage to the consumer earlier than permitted by applicable law.

This approach reflects Article 20 of Directive 2011/83/EU concerning the passing of risk in consumer sales contracts.

9. Right of Withdrawal — European Union Consumers

Where the EU statutory right of withdrawal applies to the purchase, a consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for goods without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

A consumer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal should contact:

service@canglanwang.com

The withdrawal request should identify the relevant order and clearly communicate the consumer’s decision to withdraw.

Following a valid withdrawal, the goods should normally be returned in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us, the consumer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods under the statutory withdrawal procedure.

A consumer may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.

10. Returns for Customers in the United States

For customers in the United States, returns are handled in accordance with the return terms applicable to the relevant order and applicable federal and state law.

Customers wishing to request a return should contact:

service@canglanwang.com

The request should include the order number, product details and the reason for the return where relevant.

Where applicable law provides a mandatory cancellation, return or refund right, that right will apply regardless of any conflicting provision in these Terms and Conditions.

11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If a customer receives goods that are defective, damaged or materially different from the product ordered, the customer should contact us at:

service@canglanwang.com

Customers should provide:

  • Order number;
  • Description of the issue;
  • Photographs showing the relevant condition of the goods;
  • Any other information reasonably required to identify the order.

For goods that arrive damaged or materially defective, customers do not need to return the damaged item merely to submit an initial claim where the available photographs and order information are sufficient to assess the matter.

Following review of the information provided, the available resolution may include a refund or replacement, according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Where applicable law provides a statutory remedy for defective or non-conforming goods, those statutory rights remain unaffected.

EU consumer rules provide statutory remedies for goods that do not conform to the contract, including applicable repair, replacement, price reduction or refund remedies depending on the circumstances.

12. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will normally be issued using the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment and banking process.

The timing for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the relevant financial institution.

Where a refund is required by applicable law, it will be processed within the timeframe required by that law.

For delayed or unshipped orders governed by applicable US federal rules, mandatory refund requirements will be followed where applicable. The FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires sellers that cannot ship within the stated time to obtain the customer’s agreement to a delay or provide the applicable refund.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate name, email, telephone and delivery information;
  • Reviewing product information before ordering;
  • Reviewing order confirmation details;
  • Monitoring relevant delivery notifications sent to the supplied email address;
  • Contacting us promptly where an order-related issue arises.

Providing inaccurate or incomplete delivery information may affect the ability to complete delivery or resolve an order-related enquiry.

14. Delivery Address

Customers should ensure that the delivery address supplied during checkout is complete and accurate.

If a customer requests a change to the delivery address after an order has been placed, we will consider the request according to the processing status of the order and the available delivery arrangements.

A requested address change cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the dispatch process.

15. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

A customer wishing to cancel an order before dispatch should contact:

service@canglanwang.com

We will review the cancellation request according to the order status.

Where an order has already entered processing or dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible through the ordinary cancellation process. Any applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

16. Pricing and Payment

Prices and applicable delivery charges are displayed during the purchasing process.

The total amount payable is shown before the customer completes the order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the final order information before submitting payment.

17. Taxes and Charges

Any applicable taxes, duties or other charges will be handled according to the applicable rules for the destination and transaction.

Where additional charges may apply to a particular order, relevant information will be provided where required by applicable law.

18. Website Use

Customers may use the website for lawful purchasing and browsing purposes.

Customers must not knowingly interfere with the normal operation of the website or use the website for unlawful activities.

19. Limitation of Contractual Terms

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or replaces any statutory right, remedy, liability or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Where a mandatory legal provision applies to an order, that provision takes precedence over any inconsistent contractual term.

20. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws relevant to the transaction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For consumers located in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rules applicable to the relevant transaction remain unaffected.

For customers in the United States, applicable federal and state consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions prevents a consumer from exercising a mandatory statutory right available under the law applicable to the transaction.
